Gideon Schulman is a leadership voice who brings together experience across business, charity, governance, and faith, with a calm strength shaped by lived experience.
As Group CEO of the Davka Group, he oversees businesses in accountancy, payroll, home care, and technology, including Pytronot Accountancy, Tamar Care, and Doric Payroll. His strategic insight and governance expertise have shaped growth, ethics, and people culture across education, health, and voluntary sectors.
Gideon’s leadership is values-driven. He believes in turning complexity into clarity, governance into action, and challenges into opportunity.
His lived experience of Multiple Sclerosis informs his empathy and advocacy for inclusion and ethical leadership; not as a banner, but as a way of thinking.
